Sorry I missed your birthday yesterday Lorna. Hope it was lovely for you
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Thank you so much for all the lovely birthday wishes. I had a great day, all the children and a few of the grandchildren popped in throughout the day. As usual I was thoroughly spoilt.
Although I haven't been posting on here I do look in most days to keep up with the A4A news.
The garden became a wilderness in the weeks I wasn't well enough to cope with it. I am now feeling fine but have now decided I can no longer manage the main garden. I did manage to do the pots and tubs but have a young man who is getting the 'wilderness' back to looking ok and he will come regularly to maintain it. The plan is to plant more shrubs (hopefully to keep the weeds down) but will still have a small veg patch next year. I did have a good harvest from the strawberry raised bed and the thorn-less blackberry has and is still producing plenty of fruit.
Best wishes to all A4A members.

Sorry I missed your birthday too, Lorna, but pleased you had a great day with your family.

I am pleased to hear that you are feeling fine now, having got over your nasty fall.   xx
