Slug deterrent that actually works!

Hi, Vitax have created a new product called slugone. Its made from recycled sheeps wool so is completely organic. It comes in pellets and when it has been spread around and watered it forms a mat that slugs and snails will not cross. It forms tiny hooks from the sheeps wool that they hate. Another added bonus is that it is a natural fertiliser so feeds anything that its near. It is available from garden centres in small amounts, however a company sell in 20kg bags for £15. I have been using in my allotment this year and it is fantastic... especially when you can buy 20kg bags
