Salt Cod Brandade with Mozzarella Topping.

Having enjoyed the Brandade yesterday I decided to use up some with a Mozzarella Topping,it creates a nice gooooey lid on the Ramekin of course
Parmesan cheese is tasty too.



Fill some Ramekins with the salt cod Brandade,and rip up some buffalo Mozzarella and layer it on top.

Heat the oven to 200 and cook through for 15 mins,remove from oven and place under a hot grill to brown off to your liking.



Serve with toasted French stick and garlic butter.

Makes a tasty lunchtime snack.
