New rose garden.

Rachel de Thame is opening the new rose garden at Dunham Massey this evening. OH seems very keen to go.  I had no idea he liked roses sooooo much .

I don't blame him as I like roses as well! 
I've actually met Rachel de Thame and she is a very nice, approachable person.

I met her tonight Flighty & yes she is very approachable. I got to sniff the new Dunham Massey rose she was holding. It was a forced one with everything being so behind. I don't know if it was because it was forced that it wasn't very fragrant. OH thought the rose garden would be in bloom  , very disappointed when I said they wouldn't be. Brains & brawn springs to mind again, bless him.
