Virgiin Media

I have to cancell my Virgin Broadband and Landline I have tried to do it online but Virgin says that I have to do it by writting to them.  Does anyone know the address I should write to as Virgin will not give me a address to do it. In fact they are doing everything possible to stop me cancelling with then.
