repeat message

Hi my name should be thick as mince,as am rubbish at the workings ect of the computer,I up-set someone on a forum not this one ! any way am sure they were responible for a repeat message refering to the reply i gave this person, I got about30 of the same thing on my E-mail can this be done?and how?
