tomato trophy!

When we were with our daughter in Leeds over Christmas, I found waiting for me the trophy for the biggest A4A tomato - it is a lovely inscribed pot, and I am so pleased with it! I will grow something special in it and post a photo in 2013 - thank you!

Hooray, glad it arrived in one peice.
It should be frost proof I fired it at super high temp so it could go outside.

Didn't realise you had actually made it, Sunloving!  Oh wow, I will take great care of it, and enjoy it all the more. 
When we arrived at our daughter's just before Christmas, I'd forgotten all about it.  Unknown to me, our daughter had wrapped it up as a present, and put it under the tree.  We always leave starting our presents until after we get back from church, but she gave me one present before - your beautiful pot, which totally surprised me. She thought I might take it to church so when the children were asked if they had a present they would like to show, I could  go up with my pot!  But I didn't quite think I could easily explain that it wasn't really a present but a  prize for growing a big tomato, from the online group A4A!!
