River Ratrace - its an adventure...

Its arrived.  The Stockton River Ratrace. Kayaking, whitewater rafting,swimming in the river tees,  walk the plank from the 'pirate ship'.  Just a few of the obstacles during the 10km running route tomorrow.  Cant wait.  My start time is 1120:

All done,  it was a brilliant event. 

Between running 6 miles, there was cross country, climbing barriers going under assault nets, jumping through tyres, climbing a 6 foot wall, swimming across the river tees, going through the framework of a bridge, climbing through a tunnel, going over the top of a bridge, kayaking, trudging through water rapids, climbing a 45 degree wall with a rope and walking the plank and jumping off the side of a ship and a few more which are hard to describe - quiet day out really haha   8) 8)
