Just in case anyone is interested, I have been searching around for a cheap source of fleece to protect my carrots this year. The cheapest I found was from www.lbsgardendirect.co.uk
I ordered 2 metres wide x 50 metres long 17gsm for £8.99. I was given 10% discount as it was my first order and they sent me a stainless steel trowel as the free gift for February?!!
Including delivery the total amount was £12.04 and it arrived 3 days after ordering.
Much cheaper than my garden centre and should be enough for a few seasons.
