You're lucky.  IME mobile phones and water don't mix at all well!

I was gob smacked when it rang.   It is only a very cheapo one.   I realised what I had done, and stopped the cycle but it still went through the wash and spin.

I know people who have done it, waited a few weeks til it dried out, and they worked perfectly!

All electronics things should work OK if you make sure you disconnect all power and leave them to dry out thoroughly.

Only problem is something inside getting corroded which might not immediately be apparent.
