BAD BACK ANYONE?

Well I am back being miserable as well.  I thought my muscle spasms were almost gone but woke up to the rippling and tightning feeling this morning.  Oh Heck, here we go again, so its back to the heat and  valium tonight again.  Maybe its got something to do with the weather, its been snowing today again.  In my case, its not been the gardening thats been held up, but the ironing!!!  I tried to pursuade OH that it was really easy to do and am sure he had to iron his best blue when he was in the RAF.   No response!!!  Hey ho, we struggle on.
