Gosh..yours are early and advanced.. ??? Have you got heating in your GH?

I leave my bunches alone until the grapes are getting into pea size and then I'm able to see which bunches look the best and most promising. Then I thin out those that are not so 'full'.
If you want really big and beautiful bunches, then you need to do further thinning within each bunch..but again..let them swell tiny teeny bit more and then all the inner grapes within the bunch are carefully cut off to give more room for others to swell.
I had ago with 'proper' fruit pruning for couple of years..but it was so much work and awfully time consuming job that I'm just not bother anymore.
I just take the excess bunches off and that's it..I leave 1 Bunch per stem to develop.. but my vine is pruned into 'rake shape' ..with multiple stems raising up from two vertical main branches.
How many you can leave to develop depends all how mature you vine is. Young vines with just few branches..perharps a bunch for every foot?.. :-\

Goodlife is right. Wait until well after flowering and fruit set so you can see what the set is like before you remove any fruit or flower clusters. Then you can keep the best bunches and remove the rest.

It's always exciting to see the flower clusters emerging but the vine has a long way to go before harvest so there is plenty of time yet. ;)
