I was up and out at work by 5.15 so sorry I didn't post then ;D but am now preparing to cook our VERY basic pasta dinner.  No rest for the wicked! Just realised we lose an hour of sleep tonight though ::)

I had to wake up eventually..dog came to poke at me with her wet nose "time to get into garden!"
'All day in the lotty' therapy worked wonders and I slep through pain barrier.. ;D ...and no fog this morning! I'll be back in lotty soon after breakkie.. ;D

I wish I could be an early bird, but just am not, more of a late owl. Maybe when I am old and grey my sleep patterns will change, but maybe also will be too decrepit to get out to garden!
