Onspeed  (www.netaway.com)- cheap, international sub for Broadband. £25 a year.

So - yes - downloads much quicker. BUT - it then started to cut out my anti-virus thingy & I then saw, in small print, 'no monthly payments - just pay by the minute'!! So - helpline - wouldn't accept my name or password.  Then a Chatline - or somesuch - & Sarah sorted out my refund in minutes.
