Well my steamer arrived Friday ;D ,Saturday we did battle,the tiles were steamed and the floors,Aim pleased with the results,you need more than one floor pad as it soon gets dirty,If you have hard water you have to get water to put in the water tank, we just bought the cheapest from Sainsbury's 19p a bottle, used 1pint ,it took 30 Min's to do the floors and just did our shower tiles, we will tackle the rest when the weather picks up ;D I was told you can order this steam mop from QVC£57 you have to order the extra bits on there own ,the thing is there was a waiting list for the extra bits they were 27 50p then postage ,so we just stuck with the other company as it all came in the one package ,hope this has been of he

BTW I live in a seriously hard water area so I use rainwater from the barrels [after boiling and straining it] for my iron etc. Cheaper than supermarket and no getting it home..... ;D
