Are you suffering today... hard to load, sudden log-outs...or just my comp. having a strop?
I think they are deliberately targetting inherited accounts... by providing an unreliable service..  :-X

Talk Talk is the current incarnation of AOL, and a subsidiary of Carphone Warehouse. TalkTalk was the most complained-about communications provider in the UK in every quarter of 2011. In August 2011, TalkTalk was fined £3 million by the independent telecommunications regulator Ofcom for incorrectly billing over 65,000 customers between 1 January 2010 and 4 March 2011. Trouble with small ISP's like them is they dont have the manpower or resources to provide a cracking service.

They have, according to there accounts, 2.7 million customers, but its all on BT's infrastructure. Never a good plan. On the plus side, when it comes to people P2Ping and file sharing, TalkTalk have openly stated that they will refuse to send warning letters to their customers, or hand over any of their personal information, even if it became a legal requirement for them to do so.  Im on Virgin, have to bugger about  P2Ping  thru a VPN tunnel so they havent a clue what im doing, its none of there business.
Nothing is ever as it seems. With appropriate equations I can prove this.

BAK

perhaps you should vote with your feet saddad :(

I was originally Pipex .. taken over by Tiscali ... taken over by TalkTalk. The service gradually got worse with each move.

I voted with my feet several months ago.
