Rubbish

My P.C seems to have collected a great deal of "rubbish" is there an easy way to clear it?  It seems to be slowing it down.

Tools -> Internet Options-> Browsing History Delete then check all the boxes for the stuff you want to get rid of.

Then I run CCleaner every so often.  Free download here.

Click Start.......All Programes......Click Accessories.....System Tools ....Click on Cleanup Disc and follow the programe through, when that has finnished do the same again then click Defrag Disc....programe opens click on Annalize let it run then click on Defrag this may take some time if you have not done it before,
Vista does it on auto but you have to do it on XP.



As Ceres does get ccleaner good little cleaning tool.
