Great news - my new lottie has doubled in size - reverted back to the original full size. Useable growing space is now 20mt x 10 less a bit for the centre path.. It also has a big Damson tree so chuffed with the prospect of the fruit.. I had started clearing the first side allocated (left side of pic) then had to wait for clearance for the full plot as the other new tennent pulled out so it's mine.  ;D  ;D

I'm so pleased.. I have planned it all so now to get started removing some silly dogwood hedge from the bottom section.

Will move the shed over the weekend from the next door lottie and the GH next week. Clearing and digging start tomorrow..

Excellent news!

I like the way you've marked out your plot on the photo, how did you do that?

what advice would you like?

Hi Plainleaf... not after advice really - just showing off my lottie...

I've been really busy today. moved the shed from another lottie and started to get the ground leveled for the greenhouse.  Tomorrow raise the fence a couple of feet, do the base blocks for the GH to sit on then tidy all the pallets etc and get the all the piles of cut greenery ready for a bonfire!!
