Books, Sites and information

I'm looking for books and sites on pickling, preserving and storing my freshly grown goodies.

Also looking for books that will help me save the seeds from my cultivated crops so I haven't got to buy more in future.

BBC Food = search 'Preserving Food'.

HMSO's 'Home Preservation of Fruit & Veg'.

It's the sort of 'obscure' subject that turns up in those cheap bookshops for remaindered books. Definitely worth trying in the hope of getting a decent hardback cheaply.
