Crosne/chorogi/Chinese artichoke

Has anyone grown these?  I bought 3 plants in a local horticultural college fair yesterday.  They're supposed to taste like Jerusalem artichokes but not have the wind factor.

Any advice on planting, caring and when to harvest would be appreciated.

Huh...better grown in containers..or they will take over your plot! I've grown them but not eaten..never got that far.. ::) Only thing that really disappointed me is that they are so small..its quite a job to clean enough for a platefull.
