My Viburnum tinus is flowering now!(The books say flowers Dec-April!) I wonder which climate conditions have caused this?

A little early, but I have to say that ours usually has the buds on it around now and they open from October onwards. In fact they usually have finished flowering by December.
Gardening is the great leveller.
