My outdoor tomatoes appear to have contracted blight, although still Green can these be eaten and made into green tomato chutney if so has anyone any good recipes?

Hi Joe
Someone else got it just a few posts down - the verdict is mainly, chutney.

Thank you, chutney it is!

I have enjoyed this recipe. It's a Keith Floyd, Green Tomato and Chilli Chutney, BBC website.
I did it last year when blight started on my tomatoes in mid August

Green toms are good sliced and fried, but if they're blighted they won't last. So make chutney, and don't delay.

Thanks All made the chutney this weekend, 9 jars, then sunnyday made Green tomato curry, 6 cartons full, in the freezer for later.
