I have seen it b4 but it is truely amazing how the brain can be confused. ??? I have been trying to find a similar one that you stare at and look at your hand on your mouse and watch it move, scary :o

Strange!!! Called daughter to come through and look at it, asked her if she could see anything unusual ... "no" ... could she see anything moving? ... "no" ... wondered why she couldn't see the circles moving ... was told "that's because you're mad and I'm not." So that's me told.  :(

I think I may have a theory for this :-\  I asked my hubby and my daughter to look and tell me what they saw.  They both said the circles were not moving.  My daughter is LEFT handed and my husband is naturally LEFT handed (although he was forced as a child to write with his right hand).  Could this be the answer - various areas of the brain working differently for right and left handed people :-\ :)  Needless to say, they were all moving for me (right handed).
Just a thought :D

funny though, the one you look at doesn`t move and the rest do, then look at another and it stops and the rest move???

Do the people who see it move see things out the corner of their eyes more easily?

And those who don`t see it move are more tunnel visioned???

No, Pat she is not left handed! The funny thing is she is brilliant at finding pictures hidden in repeated shapes (I've forgotten what they're called!). You know, find a shark outline in amongst a picture made up of tiny fishes - that sort of thing. I am absolutely rubbish when it comes to that sort of pictures and I get very ratty when I get the shape pointed out to me and I STILL can't see it.  :(

 ;D They were moving for me before I looked properley but I've got the answer ....well in my case at least.........I was on another site giving confidence to a new shy poster...he said he'd look for a thread where people don't seem too intelligent....where did he post? yeah on mine....Good job I'm not a sensitive soul. ???
