Sorrel

Is it easy to grow from seed? What variety would you recommend? I'd like it for salads and maybe to cook with. (I've never eaten it, though!) If there are any that are more attractive than others this would be a bonus as I grow edibles in the whole of my garden!

sorrel is dead easy to grow from seed-but you have to like that semi sour taste. I didn`t
