Lazy sweet peas

Where oh where are my sweet pea flowers?.  So far I am averaging about 6 every 2 or 3 days.  I used to get bunches and bunches and was able to give them away.  The plants are very healthy and growing well but hardly any flowers.  Is it because it has been so cold ?  Any suggestions please, maybe a hot water bottle !!

They hate the drought so i would give them a good drink as often as possible.
and maybe given them a bit of rose or tomato food.

Hope they perk up soon
