Another couple to ID please

I was given two of these in pots when I first took on my plots. They grow to about 8 feet tall, the little flower just turns into a little green ball. Really don't know why I keep them but I do  :)

and this grows in our neighbour's garden but overhangs ours, such a pretty little flower

the second one looks like the picture of the deutzia I bought last year, ninny..it's full of buds now, hope it is, it looks lovely  ;D
