Went to daughters for lunch yesterday after she had viewed what we had done so far on her allotment. She was delighted to show me a huge bunch of lilies in the lounge on the mantlepiece. They were absolutely beautiful. This morning granddaughter aged 11 came down & asked when they were being thrown out. Mum & dad couldn't understand why. Reason, she couldn't see herself in the mirror ;D ;D ;D.
She was delighted with the allotment too.
