are my potatoes ready to eat ?

i have been growing potatoes in pots now for 12 weeks .i have lots of green leaves but it has not flowered yet .are the potatoes ready to eat or do i need to wait till it has flowered?

Not all potatoes flower, have a scrape about or carefully dig one up have a look and put it back and give it a watering it will carry on growing, you can take a few off of course
