How beautiful Diane!  There is always something magical about the first snow fall of the winter.  No sign of any snow in Whitley Bay. Its a beautiful day here, clear blue skies and bright sun shine, with a chilly wind. :) busy_lizzie

Gorgeous pics Di.  We had snow in Braintree over night, where my stepdaughter lives, about 20 minutes away,  a good couple of inches and the cars were still covered in it this morning as I went into town.  The ice on our car was so thick and hard, all that rain yesterday frozen solid!  Mind you, the car started first time thanks to the nice chaps at the garage fitting me new glow plugs!

Good enough for a Christmas Card Diane.  Looks fabulous! Can almost smell the crisp cold air.  Went out to our garden a few hours ago and the towels on my washing line have gone all stiff.  So perhaps on the way here too.   :) busy_lizzie

Not here EJ !  Some years we have had to abandon trying to light fireworks at the organised village bonfire, due to horizontal snow blizzards blowing straight into our faces !!!  ::)  and the spectators had to turn their backs on the display !! Haha!
