Very tender indeed with slight string.  Less string than your average runnerbean.  I do not harvest them at less than full size.  You can sort of tell from the large seeds that this is not going to be a small bean.   I'll have to find a photo and learn how to upload it here.  Sorry to mention another forum, but some of the pictures on 'Dave's Garden' are from me.

Goodlife I'm sure we can work something out

Hi Ian, perhaps you will save me a couple Chinese Arties for next year.

Galina, Yes Ullaco and Tiger nuts spare. A  lovely selection of beans you have listed.

I'll send you all a pm.

This is my first year for growing fruit so I would like some Cape Gooseberry if possible.  I will go through my big box of seeds to see if there is anything"unusual"
but am not hopeful as I have only grown standard things like lettuce, tomatoes etc.
I will email you re the gooseberry but if they are all gone just ignore, thank you.

Jayb

Got your pm thanks Nemesia, do you want the tall growing sort (my favorite) or the smaller annual type?

Chrisc, thank you very much, lovely looking and might I add well chitted tubers arrived all safe and sound.
