A bit of a gas.

I came in to find my gas bill on the door mat.   Saw the meter man last week so knew it was on its way.  Could hardly bring myself to open it.  I had been worrying about it for weeks.

Utterly amazed it is smaller than last year.  I think it might be a couple of weeks shorted but even so I was expecting a real whopper.

Must be the thermal underwear.  The scarf, the hat, the gloves and the snow boots.  ;D ;D

Can you read the meter yourself? It is a shame to worry about it if you can easily check!
