Ambient Temp for coldframe

After buying a cheap 'o'  paraffin heater for my cold frame which would just not keep alight, I now have a £25.00 one which is doing a brilliantly job the thermometer is reading 70 degrees fahrenheit in the coldframe is that about right  or should it be running at 60 degrees fahrenheit, :)

60 would be plenty in a cold-frame at this time of year.
