Ooo, what's this?  I must have missed it first time around (unless of course it was via PM lol) I love soup and I want to make some more.  Is this a book to be bought or Saddad's own collection of recipes please?  ;D

it was on another thread, samlouise, it's a book to buy (we bought ours through amazon (a4a link) from america)..it cost 5.00 inc postage, if we'd bought it from england it would've been twice that.
Ray's just made mushroom, celery and garlic plus a chicken one with small pasta in, I'm quite full 'cos I keep getting tastes  ;D

Tulipa

Which thread manics?  I love soup..... ;)

I bought a book years ago from a company that used to come into my workspace.  It is brilliant, the soups are wonderful.

I love fresh soup, I cann't believe that I used to love the tinned stuff  ???

Hyacinth

tinned stuff is pants I reckon. And soup is so easy to make too 8) I'll check out that book Sam to send to a friend. Birthday coming up..

We went to Dunham Massey yesterday & in their book shop they had the soup bible p/b version for £4.99.

they have it for the same price in a couple of garden centres, I've been had  ;D

Isn't that always the way? Buy something you think is a bargain and a week later find it somewhere else even cheaper - sod's law!
