I have been seeing an osteopath on and off for years.  Last week a saw a new one, she was brilliant and gave me a good 'cracking' I have a degenerating problem in my thoracic spine and an ongoing neck problem which give me terrible headaches.  She also did someting with my Jaw.  She suggested I had a cranial treatment to help with neck/jaw thing so I went today.  It was not what I expected as she put her hands under by back and neck and stayed there - she got her colleague in to hold my ankles and that was it.  No cracking or manipulation.  She said I might feel very tired and not do too much today.  All I know is I have a cracking headache and feel a bit confused.

Has anyone else had this treatment and did it work?

I had that done and was forewarned that I might feel dizzy/sick for a day or so after.  I did but felt much, much better once that had died down.  Hope you feel better soon.

My friends son had cranial osteopathy as a baby which helped his irritability and bowel problems enormously......seems to work! ;D
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

I suggested my granddaughter had it as she had a traumatic birth & was very twitchy, feeding & sleep problems. It certainly helped her.
