haha I'm with lewic on this one. I have to make lists for everything! So bad when I'm doing a major clean i make a list in order of what I'm going to do first even write in the coffee breaks. Mad i know and takes me twice as long it takes about an hour to get the list right!

plus it doesn't matter what I'm writting if i make a mistake i have to start again !

On a school night kids are fed then bathed as i clean the kitchen and wash the dishes PJ's on then i do the lunch box's pack their bags and get out all there clothes for the following morning. Then i arrange it in a nice pile bag at the back trousers jumper shirt pants socks in a neat pile, shoes directly in front on the floor. I know bit OTT you should see the stress if I'm running behind. Then i tuck the little kids up in bed at 7.30 the eldest gets to stay up to 8.15 we normally have a cuddle and a cuppa together  ;D

My sister is the worst she smells everything its like an obsession and i mean everythin I'm chuckling at the thought of something she did on a trip to London that I'll never forget  :P

I have a thing with picture on walls.....well...not just pictures, but mirrors, frames...just about anything that is hanging a wall. I cant sit in a room looking at wonky pictures....I have to straighten them, even if its someone elses house!
Also.....Cups! I cant handle people who lie cups down own thier plate/saucer when its empty...I have to stand it back up!

Wow, I'm feeling more normal by the minute!! ;D

I'm pretty ritual free, I do like the dishwasher loaded in a set way though, it drives me mad if it isn't done 'properly'.

I'm also a bit sensitive to 'atmospheres' in certain places, churches seem to be the worst but certain houses have been known to start me off and I just can't go in them. It can be pretty inconvenient, I was once in Poland and was taken on a special trip to see a Cathedral with a famous golden altar, and couldn't get over the threashold...... :-\ My OH jokes I must have been a witch in a previous life... ::)
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

Er..ok..I have another! Washing up-got to be-glasses first, cups, cutlery, plates and bowls, then pots and pans. Everything must be rinsed with hot water-no bubbles left. I can't even watch anyone wash up who doesn't do it like this!!!!
To be honest though-it's common flippin' sense.

ok, i always smell cups and glasses before using them and i cant use them if they have been stood in the cupboard with the lip downwards. ironing used to have to iron everything pants and socks included, even everything out of the tumble drier, even been known to take stuff out of the wardrobe etc and re iron it, not so bad now
cutlery has to be sorted in correct little insets in the drawer cant have spoons and knives etc mixed

always look inside a sandwich before eating it, always salute a magpie and throw spilt salt over my shoulder
well that will do for starters

won't read an email if it's been printed off. Even if it's waved in front of my face I say forward it to me. Anyway, have you noticed that if you print off an email joke, it instantly fails to be funny  ???

Im with EMMY on the pots same routine as me but i also have a set bagging procedure when shopping i place items on the belt as i want to pack them and the items have to go in the right bag ( wife just plonks things in any bag and then i have to rearrange them). I also have a thing for rearranging the sauce sachets in pubs i have to put them all the right way up and sorted into types of sauces this drives my son mad and he mixes them up again but i cant leave them mixed up i have to sort them again. ;D
you may be a king or a little street sweeper but sooner or later you dance with de reaper.

This is a wonderful thread - for all the wrong / right reasons  ;D
Sadly I can't think of anything to fess up to! As I seem to do the exact opposite of what people are writing about, oh well I'll get me thinking cap on.....

Graah! That's what my OH does!! I'm not allowed to pack anything more complicated than the cereal!

And yes, the sauces. Sigh.

A few years ago I attended a series of courses on working with children who have autism and aspergers. At the end of the course a few people put their hands up and said to the tutor (or facilitator as we are supposed to call them  ::)) they thought they might be autistic. She laughed and said that gets said every time and we all have elements of it.  ;D

Likewise I have to pack the shopping my way, at Tesco's when they ask if you need any help packing I grab my bags for life and fend off any of these so called helpers. Same with the soap suds, I have to wash off the suds, but with cold water.    ;D ;D ;D

There is one.

If I see a little curly hair stuck to a bar of soap it makes me feel sick and I can not use it.
