where do you store your veg?

although i have no veg to store as yet i would like to know where you store yours. I have acquired a second freezer from my parents (they emigrated) but what do you do with stuff you don't freeze? i have rodents galore in my allotment shed so i wouldn't be able to use there and i don't want to attract them into my shed attached to my house. i was thinking of constructing something along the lines of a 'meat safe' then i could keep them in my home shed.

what do you do?
