What can I cook with these please

Hot chilli peppers have gone red, green peppers still green. Can I make a sauce, but my stomach can't take too hot.  Help please.  Even if I don't eat, enjoyed growing them.

we left some of our red chillies to dry out completely, then they were crushed and put in a grinder, we can add just enough to warm anything we cook , plus Ray can put some on his half of the pizza  ;D

Perhaps you can just use a very little at a time.

 :) You could  use the red chillies dried as Christmas decorations,  I grow enough to eat and to decorate wreaths etc for Christmas and to use dried in the winter  / shades x
