Woohoo, have finally found a house we want to buy and put an offer in.  Unfortunately it is not as near the plot as we wouldl like but it is on the beach!

Have been on tenterhooks all day waiting to hear but the seller needs to run it by her sister and can't get hold of her - so another sleepless night -  :o  ::)

Think its time to find that cork screw!  ;D

Hi Shirl, yes we got it! So exciting, and no chain as we have first time buyers and our sellers are moving into rented so hopefully should go quite quickly fingers crossed.  Woohoo  :)  :)  :)

Hi all

Garden not as big as I would have liked but should be able to put a small greenhouse in and have the beach for the dogs.  It is a wreck with no proper kitchen so that will be the first job, it'll be camping inside to start with.  Come round anytime - as long as you have a paint brush in one hand and a bottle in the other  ;D  ;D
