I have lifted my onions and laid them on the ground but with all the rain and more forecast think I need to move them.  I'm a bit short of space though, so I was wondering if they would dry ok in my mini greenhouse, the shelves would be perfect for hanging the onions upside down.  Does this sound like a good idea?

This is exactly what I have done. They've been there 4 days now and look fine. The mesh the shelves are made of was perfect for poking the onion stalks through with the bulb resting upside down through the mesh ( hope that's the right way !!) The mini greenhouse is the argos one I bought earlier in the year ( only blew away once and lesson learnt , well secured now !!!
