just returned from our holiday to find our immediate neighbour has moved (his mum had the tenancy for the house and he has been moved to a smaller one) as you may know we have had tremendous trouble from our neighbour the other side, please keep everything crossed that the new neighbours will be nice
:)

Thought for a moment it was the nasty neighbours that were moving- shame it's not, but do hope you get some nice neighbours this time!

Hope you get some good ones,it's only when you've had bad ones that you realise how much it matters.we're fortunate to have smashing neighbours both at home and down the lottie :)

Debster. Fingers crossed for you.  In 2002 my lovely elderly neighbour died and a young couple moved in. Rowing, swearing until 3am. Just after Charlie died young Lorna did an exchange with the young couple... how lucky was I? I am on the end so only have Lorna as a neighbour. Mind you it took us 2 days to clean the filth that they had left. Really hope your new neighbours are nice.

I share your trepidation... one neighbour is empty/up for sale has had a nice quiet muslim family in it for 15 years and Betty on the other side (92) won't last for ever... (we'll loose our spare off road parking space at least!) For the last, five years as our boys go through late teens, I don't think we've beent he best of neighbours... good luck on your new neighbours though...  :-\
