Has anyone any experience of freezing oasis turnips - the watery melon tasting ones - Ive got a bit of a surplus

never tried but think I might get a glut too!  I am thinking risotto.  turnip chutney http://cookerycorner.blogspot.com/2009/04/tale-of-two-chutneys.html turnip curry http://www.asianspicyrecipes.com/recipes/pakistan/shelghum_ka_korma.php.  Every day of the week!?!?  Of course you could do a vat of curry and freeze that?
