such a shame but will you be able to make a new one where you are going?

Yes such a shame! Will you be able to take some plants / cuttings with you?

That is sad. I hope you get the enjoyment of beginning a new one from scratch exactly as you'd want it.

Feel very sad for you,  have had to do the same thing a few times now.

The only way I could come to terms with it, was to take lots of cuttings with me

and feel proud of my efforts  --  knowing I was leaving something that was going

to be enjoyed by others helped.

Someone must be thrilled with what you have created   ----   onward and upward,

there is hopefully a new garden waiting for your creative skills,          ;)

Very often it is the garden which makes the sale on a house and we can certainly see that yours would have been a great asset. It is a real extra room outdoors.

Somehow, I think that a little bit of you is looking forward to that new challenge.

Several of us on the allotments are at a bit of a loss at the present. There is always boring weeding to do of course. Watering the tomatoes, a bit of this and that. The fun part is the planning, purchasing and planting but the sitting back and admiring?

One old gardener said to me yesterday. 'This year is finished really, I am planning for next year'.

I would love the opportunity to start another garden from scratch. I love a challenge(not Choklit). It was the same with the allotment. I loved it when I could turn a bit of grassland into a veg patch and see teh difference.
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"
