i have built i new fruit cage a little behind what i would have liked but was wondering if it would be safe to move a Bramley and a plum tree there new to my plot and have been in the ground from bare root stock for about 2 months whilst i was finishing off i should have healed them in but didnt .
was wondering if would be a problem to move them now or best wait till after autum before doing this
I also want to move Rasberry canes and Blackcurrent ,Rhubarb have allready cropped this back as this was under 6" manure from before christmas
any advice welcome on this topic

Pretty sure moving bare root fruit at this time of year is not a good idea - I wouldn't move the blackberry and raspberries until late Autumn.

I'm no expert on fruit trees but have read that they shouldn't be moved between March and November. I suppose you might just be ok with the trees, but I imagine that since the roots have been developing for 2 months now, you'd have to dig them up very carefully, making sure all the roots all come with them rather than being cut off - I don't think they'd be happy having their growth interrupted. Might be worth e-mailing Jon Munday (Blackmoor Nurseries) who's a member of this forum.

I am presuming they are planted in the gound now and that they have buds etc on them. If this is the case you would be far better waiting till they are dormant
(late autumn/early winter) . If you must move em .Dig away from the rootball and slide something under them so you lift em out with some soil  round roots.
If you do move em water them well in .
Barnowl, We  said more or less same  but crossed in posting :)
