Hi all,  :)

Homes needed for 11,000 Battery hens by 29th June.

I would love to have some hens but I can`t be at the plot everyday
to take care of them  :( but I do get eggs from some rescued hens.

You can tell they are better than other eggs. The shells
are thicker when you crack them open and theres just
more egg ... the yolk and whites have a different consistency.
I know the hens are being cared for properly and I do more
baking now.

If you`ve thought about having hens nows a good time.

What a pity im a 5 1/2 hour drive away (11 hours round trip  :'(  ) as i have room for about 18 more in my coop and run  :(
People kept saying I had lost the plot, but found it again when I got my Allotment.

I e-mailed Little Hen Rescue today, i'd love to have some for some yummy eggs and to let them have a nice free range safe home. Bless em
