She has blood coming out of her vent

Hello folks,
One of my girls has got blood around her vent. She has layed an egg today, but it had a very soft shell (almost like rubber). She has also done a poo that was about 70% blood.
Any ideas what could be wrong?

Is she still bleeding? Could she have 'lost' a bit of the eggs shell, which has cut her inside? It might be that she has 'piles sometimes they have difficulties, it always seems to be when they are coming in or going out of lay, you get funny eggs. Have you got her in with other hens? Are they trying to pick her?
