Wanted - Hybrid tea rose "Forgotten Dreams"

Can anybody help me help a friend please.

He is desperate to buy a rose to plant as a memorial to a much-cherished pet.   The variety in question is a hybrid tea called "forgotten dreams".

I've tried googling it but can only find advice & help websites.   What I would like is a website that sells the variety, even if it has to come from abroad.

All assistance gratefully received.
