Wine by the bottle

With regards to wine making. Hubby is great at this, so far we have gooseberry all ready to be bottled  and raspberry.  He has also made elderberry wine, quince wine - that is absolute heaven would recomend everyone to try making that.  Rhubarb wine as well but this takes a couple of years to mature, and then it is another good wine.

Is that true quince or Japanese Quince? I don't do Winemaking myself.. but do usually have a glut of Quince...  :-\
