Hi all,is pouring down with rain here,cat is due to have kittens anytime so we cant go out anywhere.Am sat in bedroom with said cat in her kitten box sound asleep.Was up till 3.30 this morning with her.What is everyone else doing today??

Hope your cat produces the 'kits' soon GB.  I have just finished eating after a busy morning doing boring housework.  Today is the day i clean all the floors right through, mop with bucket and hoovering.  I have cleared away fresh snow from overnight and been out with bird feed several times.  I have washed clothes, hand and machine.  Been along the street and saw the young Gt. Niece Jessica for a few minutes before looking in on my friend who doesn't keep so well.  Came back made sandwiches, heated soup, sat down watched the News and now back into th ekitchen for more tidying up and entertaining the budgie 'twiggy' at same time.  She has just had a word with the radio.  Shes not keen on Jeremy Vine.  I shall get changed soon and off to Berwick for more diet food for OH.  He has ran out of salad stuff and oranges.  come Home later, cook the dinner, tidy up then off to a meeting for 7pm.  busy busy.  I do feel tired today for some reason!!!!

I've been looking after our 1yr old daughter and now the OH is home i have to go to the hospital for a check up on my hand/finger as i had a nerve graft in August.

Hey Grots, hope all goes well with the kittens and you dont have to wait much longer  :)

Day off today, have been doing exciting stuff like 'housework' !!  Have even tidied daughters room, cause if I wait for her to do it, it wont ever be done !  No doubt she will have something to say about me being in her room when she gets in from work  ;)  LOL, maybe that will teach her to do it herself !

Am just about to sort out my seed potatoes into egg boxes to start chitting them - I took your advice and waited a bit longer  - let the fun begin !

I live life in the fast lane, can you tell  ;)

Got up about 6.30 and pottered around until 9.30, tidying up etc. Took myself into Southend and walked around the shops for 3 hours, getting all the various bit and pieces that I should have picked up last week. Came home a little wet and cold to have lunch. At present I am making flowers from icicng to go on a wedding cake for the spring. My motto is 'If you can't sow'em, then make 'em'. Doing it now so when the weather improves I am not stuck in making flowers ;D ;D

Waiting for hairdresser to come (my once in every 6 weeks treat). Changed lounge curtains. Cooked cottage pie for dinner and thats it. Am having a nice break on the pc now until tea time.   Could find some more housework to do but have to save some for tomorrow.lol
