Spuds from B&Q

Have made 2 trips to Wilko's in Louth, Lincolnshire (20 mile round trip each time) on the phone staff very helpful, but each visit all Tatties sold out.

B&Q in Grimsby had a good selection the other day (judging by labels on the Pallets) but all sold out except for Rocket and Maris Peer. I grabbed a bag of Maris Peer , 57 Tubers for £3.48 .... am well pleased with this at circa 6 pence each, nice sized Tubers and 'eyes' just developing.

Last year was our first allotment year, we grew all our potatoes from B&Q seed potatoes and were very happy with what we grew, I bought two more bags from B&Q last week. Hopefully they'll do just as well  ;D
