Just rang the AA to renew my membership,I have roadside and relay........asked if I could have a discount.........they offered me 20%
off.

Pleased with that.

Remember to ask when you renew as they don't offer it otherwise :)

Yes, and remember what Martin Lewis (aka moneysaving expert) says, loyalty buys you nothing.  If the company you are with refuses to give you a discount, ask to speak to the closing account department.  It's amazing how it concentrates their minds, particularly in these parlous times. ;D
